Orthodox Christianity in America is growing

As you know, Orthodoxy in America is undergoing something of a "sea change" right now.
More converts in the last few years than in the last 10-20. Many parishes building new churches to keep up. More energy, dynamism. New traditions coming to America.

There is a problem. Many beautiful Orthodox projects hit delays for years because of a lack of follow-through. This is where we come in.

Think of us as a "multi-tool" for plugging into interesting Orthodox projects that move Orthodoxy in America forward. And bringing them to the finish line.

Here are three reasons why us:

-
You value keeping tradition while getting results. We have experience (more below).
-
The "multi-tool" experience in all aspects of business means that you can get the help you need, as well as the broad outlook and high-level strategy that comes with that breadth of experience.
-
We work out arrangements where if you don't get results, we don't get paid. This is unique in the Orthodox world. (And often outside it, frankly.)

Here is an example.

Holy Cross Monastery in Wayne, WV is the largest English-speaking Orthodox monastery in the Western hemisphere. (English, that is, in services, along with American culture.) Thank God, they are going through such growth that they can't keep up. They contacted us because they needed new ideas for their fundraising for their new church. (Pictured above.)

We were able to plug into their situation in a way that focused on amplifying what was already working for them (Youtube), not superimposing our idea of what the best approach was. In this way it is organic and natural to what your audience, your parish, your people are looking for.

The arrangement was largely on commission with a small stipend. Thank God, after 3 months we were at a point where they were able to build the church to a usable condition.

You can expect a similar arrangement and approach (though results are never guaranteed. That is why we take on the risk of it not working, with a corresponding upside if it does.) References available on request.
