OrthodoxUSA serves as a point-of-contact for those who embrace the historic
Eastern Orthodox Christian Tradition, especially those belonging to
independent parishes and jurisdictions scattered across North America. A
ministry of the United American Orthodox Catholic Church (UAO), we hope that
OrthodoxUSA will facilitate a sororal relationship among these Orthodox
Christian communities and ongoing dialogue among their respective clergy and
laity as we anticipate intercommunion and administrative unity within one
American Orthodox Church under an American Synod and an American Patriarch.
